Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed Monday to Saturday before 10:00 AM GMT/BST are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM Monday to Saturday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday morning.

Please note that orders are not dispatched on Sundays.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated live at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

For international orders, any applicable duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout where available.

During busier periods, including peak seasons, promotional events, and UK bank holidays, dispatch and delivery times may take slightly longer than usual.

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframes shown at checkout, delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or holiday periods may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect address details.
