Returns Policy

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Returned in their original condition with all original tags attached
• Free from marks, stains, makeup, fake tan, pet hair, odours, perfume, smoke, or damage
• Unaltered in any way
• Returned with The Space Program security tag intact and attached. Returns without the security tag attached cannot be accepted.

Once received and approved, returns are processed within 5 to 7 working days.

During busier periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, Eid etc processing times may take up to 10 working days.
